PRK's Xmas exhibition 2001


Setting up the layout on friday, November 23rd, 2001. There were lot of members setting up the layout, so it went quite fast and well. There were some technical problems, but we fixed them...

Dr15 loco houses the b/w camera and transmitter (Velleman). The unfinished model was referred as "the Frankenstein loco" due to largish screw heads on the sides of the loco (holding the bogies).


Antti's Roco DCC crane was used to to lift a tank vagon back to metals at loco depot.


One of our members, Kari Hovinmaa has built an Ukko-Pekka (class Hr1) steam locomotive from brass.

Breaking up the layout was a quick operation. It took about two hours to dismantle and transport the layout to our club room.
